Following deferment of the HSA AGM on 28 November 2015, the HSA will now be hosting its annual AGM online on 10 December 2015 from 19h00-21h00, as declared by the HSA EXCO in terms of Section 6.4.1 of the Constitution.
In order to register for the event please click on the link below. A confirmation email will then be sent to you requesting you to register with ClickMeeting directly, following which you will receive confirmation of your registration and details of how to log on.
At the time of the meeting please use the JOIN button or link provided to access the meeting from the device you will be using from this final confirmation email. Please ensure that any apps or installations required are done prior to the start of the event. We recommend you sign on at 18h30 to assist with any troubles. We apologise for the duplication of information should it exist.
An agenda is available for download in the registration area - please make sure you are logged in as an HSA member. An event will be created for sign up with instructions for joining the eAGM presentation using your own internet connection. Group meetings are encouraged and we ask members to ensure a good internet connection. Groups are requested to keep signed copies of registers for the event - individuals in each group are still required to register on the HSA website.
The event is accredited for 2 CEUs with the AHPCSA.
As this is a new format for presentation we ask members to have patience with us as we attempt to investigate new ways of interaction with members that is less costly for all. Various testing will be scheduled for practitioners to test the portal and try all aspects of it prior to the meeting. Backup meeting sessions will be scheduled should any eventuality preclude the event from proceeding.
